There is a way to practice a more holistic approach to business that will still increase your bottom line. Running a profitable business that affords the flexibility for a full life is not easy… but it is possible. All of the elements of This Is Not a Book Club are essential.

This is a place to feel connected, supported, and safe to explore, fail, and learn. You want friends and colleagues who “get” just how hard and lonely this uphill battle is, who will hold you accountable and lift you up when you feel the inevitable heart-breaking doubt that comes with being an entrepreneur. This is the space to stop treating your work like a hobby, and more like a business.

    • Books are the foundation of this group coaching experience. We read one book every 8 week period accompanied by reflective exercises designed to improve your business. The incorporation of a book club adds an additional dimension. The focus is on providing us with valuable insights and inspiration from carefully curated authors on personal and professional development.

    • Weekly group and one-time Individual coaching (additional sessions upon request). You have the support of a certified executive coach, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in entrepreneurship and corporate leadership structure. Individualized coaching ensures that participants receive high-quality guidance and support throughout their business journey. Group coaching has the built-in benefit of accountability, support, and fun!

    • One of the most valuable assets we have as humans is each other. This is why community and the support it provides is central to this club. Participants have the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with like-minded individuals. You will be given access to a supportive network gives us the motivation it takes to keep us moving in the right direction.
