Meet Michelle.
Michelle is a marketing director at a fast-growing mission-driven tech startup. Michelle is passionate about her work but feels overwhelmed by her packed schedule, and her staff’s constant needs because of the rapid changes in the industry. Michelle struggles to get her team on board with the new company mission and often finds herself putting out fires, instead of planning for the future.
